Pathetic service

Pathetic and absolutely terrible. The worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered their fibre deal. They firstly do not use third party companies very effectively. After taking a day off work to receive delivery of the router from Collivery which they use, Collivery only delivered the package at 3pm,after their tracking website said that mine would be the first delivery of the day and should be around 9am. So wasted a whole day when I could have been at work. Then I was promised by another company who I have never heard of, namely, Big Picture Installations, that vumatel would send a representative to come inspect the premises before installation team arrives. Did not happen. Installation team arrives and tells me they cant install the fibre without removing my paving and that they would have to charge for that. I told them to leave immediately. Now when I want to cancel the service they want to charge me a R1000 cancelation fee, even though no service or work has been done. Then when you raise your complaint with them, they throw Ts and Cs in your face, threaten you with cancellation fees and tell you to pay for the return of the router, without at least trying to solve the situation amicably. Disgusting and pathetic company which will hopefully go bankrupt from what I can see others are interestingly, sharing their horror stories dealing with Axxess in other complaints on this website. DO NOT BE FULLED BY THEIR PRICES. Pay peanuts and you get...... Well you should know the rest.
