Pathetic service

I rent a 100/100 fibre line and haven't had internet for 6 days. The agents don't know what they're doing the first agent kept me holding for 18mims and never got back to me the next 1 had me on the line for 1h20 mins doing the same thing over and over so frustrating. I've logged a call but knowone gets back to you nd I have to constantly call to follow up and get told I must wait for feedback which never happens. I've requested a callback from a manager or supervisor and they don't return calls either if they even exist. I waited on a call for a manager for over 33mins. Don't bother the service is really pathetic
