Pathetic Service

Since I signed up for the MTN fixed LTE with axxess I have had endless issues with axxess. They advised that their MTN Sims only work is specific routers so I went out and bought the device that they recommended on their website as axxess charged way to much for the same device. Now that I have the device and had everything setup I was informed that there is an APN issue. This morning I received an email from their support saying that the device I am using is incorrect. I had to send a screenshot of the device with the model number to axxess. Their call centre is waste of money as they have been forever high call volumes, it doesn't matter time of the day you call. Their service is pathetic. Axxess can be compared to any of the government offices. Same attitude and lack to help anyone. Their call centre agents don't even read the queries, they just respond via email with generic responses. They are hopeless. DON'T GET CAUGHT BY AXXESS, THEIR AFTER SALES SUPPORT IS THE WORST EVER
