Pathetic Service

I've been on the phone for 52minutes and 36seconds whilst i am writing this. I have been "transferred" to hosting support now for the fourth time. When explaining the issue to the 3rd consultant about the transferring not going through he just puts the phone down. Your lack of service has been going on for years.

I am not just a client, but a reseller of your services. Secondly, if your CWP Control ACTUALLY WORKED i wouldn't have to go through this 1 hour torture just to change 2 dns records.
