Pathetic service

Really pathetic service if you are thinking about them as an isp don't run far away or flush your money down the toilet. My Fibre has been down all day reported it and I had to call them to follow up. It seems to be an internal issue but no one can give me a straight answer.

Really sad to see on how far they have fallen. I see telkom has a better customer rating maybe you should poach some of there support staff before mtn gets them.
