Pathetic service

My fibre has been down from Thursday, 12 September 2024. I called in on Thursday evening, assuming the fibre will be up and running by the evening. I was sent credentials by using the IP address provided. Still wasn't sorted, called in on Friday, no progress. Called in twice on Saturday, when I called in the 2nd time, was notified that my fibre line was cancelled. I haven't ever received such pathetic service from any service provider. I will only know on Monday what's the reason for my fibre line being cancelled, as the line department is available because it's the weekend!!????
