Pathetic service

Worst service providers, I’ve had their router for months and now deemed faulty, the support line consultants are *********** and can never solution or troubleshoot router issues. I ordered a 2nd sim and it’s still not delivered.

I had a consultant scream at me and when I asked her to tone it down she continued talking over me and advising I cnt do anything to her cause there are no supervisors on duty.
