Pathetic service

Ive been having an issue with my DSL for 5 days,sending loads of emails,using social media communication and the phones just dont work or people dont call back.Axxess has a big issue and are hiding it from us as clients.My business is suffering with no onlibe connectivity,data is costing a small fortune.Axxess used to provide great,speedy service,you guys are now beyond pathetic.Puntwd your company to so many clients,family and friends for great service.Guess it wasnt worth my efforts
