Pathetic service

i have 2 LTE sim cards,I topped up my 1 LTE account with 20GB of data but never received the data. i called in and the consultant said that they are having technical issues and i should check later.eventually i got tired of waiting and called again and they said it was still an issue. i bought 10GB data on my 2ND sim card and it topped up just fine. i called in again to inform them of this and the consultant said there seems to be some issue with my first sim card.I informed him that i will topup my second sim card again and that i should be refunded for the 1st Sim cards data which he agreed and logged a refund request for me. i bought another 10 GB on the 2nd sim card and used it up. i never received the 1St sim card 20GB and it has been a mission trying to get a refund from these guys
