Pathetic Service

<p>So i had a service with these guys, they were voted best, how i dont know, i told there so called accounts and customer service that i mistakenly cancelled my subscription instead of downgrading and i had 2GB left over which i paid the complete fee for, service got cancelled and so did my 2GB, the service from these people is pathetic, all replies that i got was with a dont care attitude, inspite of that i still activated a new service and if they are so good, they will add my extra 2GB or i can go to another SP.</p>
