Pathetic Service

I had no connection from the 1st of March 2020. I complained on numerous occasions and was given multiple excuses of why the SIM does not connect. I eventually requested a refund on the 8th as I was fed up and cancelled their services going forward. There was no response from their accounts team regarding the refund. I eventually contacted my bank and reversed their payment, their response to this was immediate. Their technical person advised that he cannot assist with no connection as the payment has been revoked. I will not sue them going forward nor will I recommend them to anyone.
