PATHETIC PATHETIC... ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!

If I was able to not even give them a star, I would completely leave it blank. I have now been waiting for my line to be connected from these people for a month. The seem to think that when they sell a package as a service provider that because they have a third party that is involved it is not their problem when there are issues with the third party. For the last month I have been asking for help and every time I follow up, and ask someone to call me with an update they close my ticket, or they tell me that they are waiting for an update from oopenserve. When I want to cancel I get charged for a delivery of a router that they were so quick to get to me and I probably should have been so ****en happy about that and just started at the damn thing instead of hoping to get any positive outcome for the last month.

AXXESS YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND YOU NEED TO COME FETCH YOUR ROUTER AND NOT CHARGE ME FOR A SERVICE YOU DID NOT GET UP AND RUNNING IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!!! USELESS PIECES OF NOTHINGs
