Pathetic LTE from Axxess /CellC

I signed up with Axxess with the new LTE Cellc 200G package. We have had it for 10 days and the first 4 days were amazing with regards to speed and excellent connection considering that we had come from a 4mb Adsl line which was down 95% of the time. Sadly this excellence only lasted 4 days. We got to last week Friday and up until now I can honestly say that since Friday the speed and connection is worse than the pathetic Adsl line that we used to have. I have contacted Axxess numerous times ,filled in forms, sat on the phone for hours and to date we still have the worst internet ever!!!. I checked before I signed up and according to the coverage map that Axxess has we covered for LTE. I am extremely disappointed as I was kind of assured that this was the way to go and now suddenly all the wheels have fallen off!!. How can two companies namely Axxess and cell c promote and sell a product that does not work??? My only advise I can give to anyone considering this route is to stay well clear!!!! It simply does not work !!!!!!
