Pathetic ISP

Since that 21st I lost connection thinking that I ran out of data so I bought more but did not reflect. So Icheck the dashboard after the connectiin went down resulting my data balance 0mb knowing that I still have data, services paused/invalid sim was displayed on my router so I called them and they said that they are working on the problem and dont know what the problem is alao dont know when the connection will return and that my data will remain as 0mb

Am I getting my remianing day and night time data back in the new month if not resolved soon and am I getting a refund of the data I bought
