Pathetic internet Speeds-No feedback and being ignored

I have been experiencing very slow internet speeds since the end of November, I thought it was something temporary as I have never experienced slow speeds for more than 2 Days. After a week passed with the speeds still slow I decide to Log a call for Slow speeds on the 2nd of Dec, I filled out an excel form with all the info and sent it back and I was told that it will take 7 Business days to get feedback. I did not hear anything from them and decided to check on a couple of instances and I kept getting vague answers. I am currently Spending R49 every day from the 2nd because I cannot use the internet I pad for from Axxess, the speeds I get range from 0.3 to 2 MBPS as opposed to the 10-15 MBPS I am used to. I am writing this wake-up Axxess, as this is not the service I am used to, I have been a customer for over 6 years and have never had them go silent on me like this. The last email I sent asking for feedback was ignored. I am planning to cancel my subscription and go somewhere I guess this is where our journey ends.
