Pathetic Hosting and Customer Service

In all my years of being in the IT business and owning numerous domains over the years, never have I experienced such poor quality service and hosting in my life.

Not only do the servers keep failing, but Axxess.co.za also never respond to issues on time. Due to poor servers and people complaining, the "HUGE" amounts of supports calls must result in the lack of customer service (of which there is none).

Just as an FYI, they also introduced some new control panel, which is really bad.
