PATHETIC EXCUSES AND SERVICE - UNACCEPTABLE

I demand that my left over data of 35GB be added to my new data in December. It was not my faulty that they had slow internet for more than a week. Now they want to pass the buck to cell c. I don't pay cell c, I pay axxess.

I'm still waiting for them to call me since last night. This is PATHETIC & UNACCEPTABLE...
