Pathetic customer treatment

I was always happy with the service, however, I wanted to move my hosting over to another service provider. I'm shocked at how rude the staff at Axxess can be, the person's name is Andile. To argue with a paying customer that he is speaking to someone in the wrong department, when in fact there was no option to choose which department you want to speak to and the call is automatically put through to him. He then rudely cuts the call. I will now cancel all my subscriptions as well as my family's & friends subscriptions with access as we all are not happy with this service
