Pathetic Customer Service & Unable to fix my faulty line for the past 6 months!!!

I joined Axxess in May 2019. Have had issues since the day of installation. Internet keeps dropping. I've spent the last 6 months having to restart my router 3-4 times a day in order for my internet to work. Every time i phone the technical department they say they cannot help me, because it shows that the internet is working perfectly on their side. I have logged numerous calls (only for the technical department to not actually log the call). Every time i phone to follow up a new person answers and says there is no call logged on their side. only 2 of my probably 10 calls were actually logged. Then a few days later i get an sms to say that the issue has been resolved. Then i phone in and no one can tell me what the actual issue was, only that it was resolved. On saturday evening my internet went off completely, only to figure out on sunday that the router is faulty. On monday i send an email as requested, that my router is faulty. Only to received feedback today (wednesday), that they will arrange a courier to collect the faulty router, after collection they will take 7 days to first establish what is wrong with the router, then only they will replace my router?? Hello, thats 2 weeks of no internet???? WHAT THE HELL????!!!!!! I have had enough, so i send an email to have my line cancelled with immediate effect as i cannot be without internet for 2 weeks, they tell me i can only cancel from end of December. WHY??!!! What about all the days my line has been down, what about the last 4 days my line has been down, and what about the 7+ days it will take them to sort out my router? Who is paying for my lost DAYS of no service? Who is paying for the 167 minutes of airtime i have wasted to phone in with issues???? And yes, i actually have proof of this. This is pathetic, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NO CARE ATTITUDE!!! I WANT MY LINE CANCELLED TODAY!!! I AM DONE WITH AXXESS!! NO MORE!!!! What a complete waste of R718.00 per month!!!!
