Pathetic customer service

Absolutely shocking trying to get someone to answer a phone call. All you get is an e mail but no confirmation that the service has been cancelled. Theyvhave a whattsapp platform and that also gets no response. Certainly won't recommend this crowd, no better than Telkom.
