Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service from day 1.Big big mistake i made in signing up with them.I was charged a R 10 service fee on checkout for the mtn lte service although i was expecting to be charged the pro rata rate.I proceeded again to make payment for the service i wanted and again was presented with a R10 payment for the 2nd time.I waited days for response from customer services with just 1 unhelpful dumb reply.I posted numerous questions to axxess but no reply.
