PATHETIC AXXESS

Not even worth one star !!!!Pathetic service. Ordered my DSL last week and the lady that answered was pathetic. She could not give me any information at all but was quick to take the order was very soft and rude. Telkom went and installed the line which I wasn't aware of until I got a call from Telkom explaining from their side, There after Axxess phones us (Not even a technician to go out and assist) and now I have to hear I need a router which was not mentioned until today. I have had bad service and miscommunication from their side and would advice not to deal with these people. I am still not connected and very unhappy with the service. Being a fibre client and then moving to DSL which I know nothing about surely I was supposed to be guided in this situation.
