Pathetic Axxess!

I have now been without connection since 12:00 until 19:44. I have been phoning repeatedly and have been sent in all kinds of wild-goose chases, none of which restored my connection. In my call at 19:30 the operator tells me they will escalate the matter and report it as a fibre provider fault. In the meantime I missed most of the first day of a training course that cost me R50K with no guarantee that my connectivity will be restored before tomorrow to attend day 2. The staff at Axxess have zero empathy’or helpfulness. They are incapable of answering any question that has to do with an OS other than Windows. This is pathetic!
