Pathetic and Useless Services from Axxess - Do not use their Services as you will only have migraines, headaches, stress and will get frustrated because of their pathetic and useless services

Axxess is USELESS!!!

I ordered a MTN Fixed LTE Simcard from them but God oh God, their speeds are pathetic...I was with Axxess before and had an MTN Fixed LTE Simcard. Never had a bad service with them but lately, they are so useless. The speeds I get with MTN Fixed LTE Uncapped is 0.56Mbps Download and Upload is 0.66Mbps. How can you even browse the internet with such poor speeds?

I will never recommend Axxess to anyone. I even canceled my Optic Fibre Line with them because the consultant at Clear Access said, that they will take very long to inform them about the job. That is Axxess for you guys. Useless, Pathetic, Unprofessional and Unreliable.

Axxess are 10 times worse than RAIN. I won't recommend this Useless Company to anyone because they will just be hasty to deduct or debit your account but won't provide a professional service anymore.

When you have an issue with the MTN Fixed LTE Simcard, they will say that they refresh the Network, Reboot the Router. That is the same old song that they sing everyday. It's pointless to have such Support Agents at Axxess because they are all useless and ***********.

Doesn't know how to troubleshoot internet then they sing the same song but the main problem is, AXXESS actually throttles you as a user on the MTN Fixed LTE Uncapped Simcard services.

This company is a disgrace and I sure hope within the months to come, they will close their doors and NEVER reopen again!!!
