Pathetic!

Pathetic! Worst company to work with, No communication, No service, No manager to assist, No leadership, you hold on for 90 min plus with No assistance just being moved from 1 to another agent. Pathetic! No call back after leaving 7 messages for Jo-Ann Potgieter who apparently is the GM......No wonder non of the employee bother to assist, call back, give feedback answer the phone. Axxess is a disgrace
