Absolutely useless and frustrating to say the very least! Internet is considered a basic need, well the service delivery from Axxess certainly does NOT take that into account whatsoever. The excuses of delays make absolutely no sense and the only reason that we have waited it out this long is because we're **** to about timelines. 12 to 48 hrs was the timeline given more than two days ago. Well that's a blatant lie isn't it? Get your act together!
