PATHETIC

Zero Stars quite frankly. This is the most useless WiFi company that I have ever come across in my entire life. Does not give a single f### to sort out internet issues. Simply just asks for more screenshots for proof of bad WIFI despite the fact that we have sent multiple and complained multiple times. Almost R1000 for a 1.5 Mb line. WOW! Might as well connect to my damn phone and get faster internet speeds. Then when the speed is fine, you sit with 300 latency, which is absolutely useless to work on! Overall the first month was fantastic, thereafter absolutely pathetic. I wouldn't recommend this trash if it was the last internet provider left on this planet! Pathetic internet and pathetic customer service.
