Pathetic!

Bad communication when there’s outages, clients left clueless. Network still down this will be the second day I have to keep calling a 100 times for my connection to be sorted out. Pathetic!!! And I hope this messages reaches your support managers your team is not well informed and all 3 I have spoken to do not know the ins and outs of outages nor how to resolve them. Bleh 🤢
