PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!

Absolutlety pathetic service. Nearly 2 weeks of having 20 client sim cards offline beacause of some Telkom migration. No one can fix it, i have to phone 5 to 6 times a day to follow up. The issue has been escalated numerous times and no one bothers to do anything to fix it.

I have 20 clients who are now highly upset with us and we cant even tell them why.
