this should not be called and ISP as there is no Internet service. Any and all issues take them a minimum of two months to resolve. They fix one connection only to disconnect two other devices. If you send an email, they just keep you the same nonsense. Pathetic is to good a word. You cannot complain about the service because you do not get any. They get their payment every month, make no mistake, there are no issues there. The just cannot provide the service that you are paying for. Do not contemplate using this company. you will go grey overnight from frustration.
