Passing the buck

I had a business about 8 years ago , but it became dormant. The email I used to register the business was also deactivated about 7 years ago. I contacted Axxess to help me to get access to my email I used within to business as I need it to reactivate my SARS e-filing for my business as there is a dispute that I must lodge on the e-filing website. The dispute is from 2013 , but I only recently received the letter. I have tried to solve the problem on Axxess Facebook page , as well as by sending them emails. They only reply that they can't help me because the email must come through the registered email. They clearly can't understand that the email is no longer valid and was deactivated by Yahoo. There is no way that I can access the email again , and it's been 7 years later. I understand the POPI Act is in play here , but it was my business and the email is unavailable. I'm sure there must be another way to assist me , but the clearly is *********** to help me.
