Passing the buck
I pay Axxess the ADSL rental every month. Since Sunday I have been having issues and logged a support ticket with them. The blame now falls to Telkom, but I have had no communication from Axxess on any updates. According to their marketing material \Hassle-Free Let us deal with Telkom
