Paid account but service still suspended

I paid these people and even sent them POP, but still they do not read email, and have the audacity to suspend my domain, which is used for my business. this is unprofessional, ********* and appalling service. i have to constantly send them POP's.

I have paid monies into account to cover 6 months of service, yet my payment is also not reflecting. how are you even rated the way that you are if your billing and accounts department is inefficient.
