Overcharging for services

I scheduled my fibre line to be cancelled at the end of Oct (10/5mb openserve fibre), due to better pricing from other ISPs. However I noticed that the price on their website and the price I pay is different. I contact their call centre to enquire about the pricing. The sales lady that assisted me informed me that should I renew my line it will be charged at the new lower price.

However I am still being charged at the higher price and the accounts person that assisted me informed me that their staff is misinformed. According to him I will still be charged at the higher price as I am an existing client and my account wont be credited.

Watch out for axxess, they reward loyalty and support by overcharging you and not giving you the advantages of price deductions.

No wonder Cool Ideas is rated the best ISP. Stay clear of axxess would be my advice.
