Over charged after cancelling service

I'm getting fiber internet (finally) at home a the end of the month.

This means I have to cancel my Axxess 20Mbps VDSL Uncapped package (R999).

So to get this done is to break the Line and Data combo and then cancel the individual services, but it seems doing this now increased my subscription from R999 to R2164. This just so that I can cancel my account????
