Ongoing issues

Absolute nightmare I have had issues with my fibre line for the last week. Having to follow up from my side it was finally resolved howerver it is now again on the same issue as before and taking in to consideration that it took 7 days i can only assume that it will take another week. I will therefore have to look at other service providers.
