One star is too high for this level of service

Worst service ever. The support staff member I spoke to has no idea how the Internet or routers work but wants to argue. I still don't have a working fiber connection and nobody is getting back to me. The support is pathetic and I wish I looked at all these bad reviews first before I chose them as a service provider.
