Officially the worst service provider in the world!

Watch out! This is the worst service provider ever! To sign up is very easy and they promise you the best service ever. After that it is terrible. We are on a 20/2 fibre package. If we are lucky we have 10/1. There reply is they can’t guarantee anything. My business is suffering. When I wanted to cancel our month to month I am told we have to pay another month. I am willing to pay for a month that I receive the service that I paid for. They don’t get back to you. They don’t sort out your problem and there service is bad. I think they not make it in the industry for much longer.
