Not worth your money

I have never in my life experienced such. I pay these people every month. Their night staff knows nothing about support. Spend R250.00 on airtime last night to date I am still not connected. THEY DO NOT CARE. I HELD FOR 30 MIN WHILST SOMEONE WAS TRYING TO FIND WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY ROUTER. ONE MINUTE IT WAS COORDINATES CAN YOU BELIEVE????
