Not willing to pass credits for 4 days without internet. Problem with there infrastructure,

My Fibre line was off the 23, 24, 25, 26 April only came on late 26 April evening. I requested for them for the credit. I asked them about the credit for the days off and they said it will be passed if its the line is off for more then 24 hours.

Now they say they are not going to credit me because the line was not off. I have all my emails. I even completed a mediation request just to get proper responds from Axxess.
