Not understanding how this all works

I'm trying to figure out something.

was very satisfied with the internet I was receiving, and still am still receiving. Never had a problem.

Recently I received a notification that the price was gong up. Understandable, everything goes up eventually. But, I'm trying to understand, if I picked the cheapest package or R299, and now it's gone up, why are you still advertising R299? I had a conversation with someone one of your Facebook posts, and that got me even more confused.

You are a fantastic ISP, great service provider, I've had no issues, but now I'm very confused. I will glady forward the chat I had with the individual on Facebook, because, according to him I should only be paying R299.

Once again I do not mean any harm toward your company, but somewhere along the line, things just aren't making any sense.
