Not trustworthy and have no Customer service

The worst service I have ever experienced. If I was in a top position in Axxess I would fire the management in support/ sales and get rid of most of the support staff to hire new people who actually want to work. Axxess will NEVER get ISP of the year again with service like this.

Never responds to support tickets, especially when they mess up orders. I suppose they have a tactic of avoid the problem until it goes away. I will not go away.

I would like someone to contact me to cancel my service. I will not support a company that is this disrespectful to its customers. If they go out of business to make way for companies who actually want to help and have a good relationship with their customers I will not feel bad.
