Not too bad

I have seen all the bad reviews, but I must say, my experience was ok. Maybe I was one of the lucky ones. I received my router timeously, and when I phoned for support to set it up, they were able to help me. The only problem I had was that when calling support they take a VERY long time to answer, although it is lock down so that is understandable. Basically they do what's expected, and I'll give one extra star for the easy to navigate online dashboard
