NOT PATHETIC IF THERE IS NO SERVICE!!!!

Pathetic Fibre service in West Beach!

Logged service requests through Axxess, no feedback. Supposed to have 35meg/25meg lines but barely get 10meg with only one device connected.

Have reactivate my line 3-4 times per day. I run my business from home and have lost major clients because I cannot service my clients without proper internet.

I am done!!!! You are costing me money. *****ing people's money for no service.

I am going to the media today if this is not attended to!
