Not a great 1st impression of Axxess

I signed up with them @ 9:30 in the morning and cancelled my exiting ISP, I was informed by my existing ISP as it is the 2nd of the month I will have to stay with them another 2 months ,I requested Access to put my new line on hold (11 am the same day) but was informed there is no way to cancel/suspend my account. I will just have to pay and have 2 ISP's for the next month or pay the current month, pay a cancellation fee and then re-apply all over again
