None Existent Customer Support - No Help at All

This has been the most trying migration ever. I transferred my fiber from another service provider hoping for exceptional service from these guys, but it has been nothing but horrific. I have been calling in and no one ever returns calls - you hold on forever ...its been more than 4 days now and still no luck - I chatted to the lines department, spoke to Sikombuzo, who now told me that I have been dealing with the wrong people, even I after I told him that the Lines dept is not available on weekends, I have now been told it will take another 2 days before its active - What a load of *******. If this is whats its like I am truly sorry for sighing up with AXXESS.
