Non existent customer service and delivery

Signed up and all went well until delivery. Got sms to say it will be delivered Friday between 9am and 5pm. Stayed at work until after 5pm no delivery. Then get a sms at 6am to say I must phone to reschedule. Tried calling call centre and was told I need to reschedule with RAM couriers myself. I don’t see why I must chase the delivery when it’s your service that’s up to *******. Still sitting without my SIM card and will be cancelling the deal if I don’t have it by COB on Monday. Not impressed with this at all!
