NO TOPUPS Loaded

I am very disappointed in Axxess and this is not the first time this has happened. I paid for a topup via internet banking on Saturday and by this morning, Monday morning it still has not been loaded and non of my support or accounts tickets have been answered. I then had no choice but to try and buy Vouchers from Engin or PnP but there was no Vouchers available. Received feedback only stating that no outlets supply their vouchers anymore but this is not what they advertise on their site. I had to drive from Engin to Engin the whole of Sunday about, but no luck. I have asked them to just to take the deposit off my bill for today but they now loaded the data instead, Why cant they just reply and do what I ask on the tickets???
