No support!

I have had the worst support experience with Axxess from anything I've experienced before in this industry. Whenever I phone the network is congested, my support tickets are not responded to, my domain connection is giving me issues and there's no one to even help me understand what the problem is! I would highly recommend to never use Axxess as your hosting provider. Your business will be better off somewhere else!
