No Support

Absolutely terrible support from Axxess. You always have to chase them for updates because they never communicate proactively.

I’ve been holding on the phone for 15 minutes with no answer. Tried their WhatsApp support — nothing. Escalated the issue and still nobody has responded.

At this point it feels like once they have your money, customer service no longer matters. Extremely disappointing experience.
